EFFECTIVE DATE of this Privacy Policy: January 1, 2016

 

  1. PURPOSE OF POLICY. Everybody Digital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company website https://everybodydigital.com and the mobile applications related to it (the “Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. By accessing the Site, you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage/retention in accordance with this Privacy Policy of any personal data or other information received by us as a result of such use. If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums (if any), or otherwise complete on-line forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information. Company collects Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it to us. We may also collect or receive Personal Information from third party sources, such as third party websites, social media integrations, your bank, and our payment processing partners.

  4. Automatic Collection. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to a computer on the Internet). No Personal Information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

In order to accommodate changes in our business, we may sell or buy portions of our company or other companies or assets, including the information collected through the Site. If Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.
  3. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties. Company, like many businesses, sometimes engages other companies to perform certain business-related functions. These companies include our marketing agencies, database service providers, backup and disaster recovery service providers, e-mail service providers and others. Company may offer on the Site the function to connect with third party services (such as social media outlets including Facebook), in which case we may collect, use, disclose, transfer and store/retain information relating to your account with such third party services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, if you connect with Facebook, we may store your Facebook ID, first name, last name, e-mail address, location, friends list and profile picture and use them to connect with your Facebook account to provide certain functionality, like recommending and sharing events with other Facebook users.

viii.    Access to Information. We do not maintain any procedures for you to review or request changes to the information that we collect about you, except that you may request that we remove all information about you from our database by contacting us in accordance with the contact procedures set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Notice Concerning Children. The Site is a general audience site, and does not direct any of our content specifically at children under thirteen (13) years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under the age of thirteen (13), we will promptly delete any Personal Information in that user’s account.
  2. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, and Distribution of Personal Information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information, such as to purchase ticket for one of the Company’s events or be included in an e-mail newsletter from the Company, for example. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some of our partners, you may select the appropriate “opt-out” option each time we ask you for Personal Information.
  3. Do Not Track. Company currently does not participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your Personal Information.
